Military Thermals manufactures the highest quality 100% polypropylene garments. All clothing has been rigorously tested and produced to military specifications. Military Thermals offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Items in new resalable condition (unworn and unwashed) returned within 30 days with a copy of the original sales receipt will be issued a 100% refund for the original purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card of purchase – NO cash refunds. Wrong size? No problem! Simply return the item that is the wrong size and we will pay for the shipping and replacement size back to you!
Shipping is available from USPS and UPS in a variety of service levels. These rates are pulled directly from each respective carrier. Orders received by 2:00 PM EST will ship the same day, M-F; Saturday by 12:00.
Our experience has been to expect 2 – 3 days delivery via USPS Priority Mail in the lower 48. Military Thermals can not guarantee delivery dates due to variance in shipping capacity and times of the carrier.
Returns will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase in unworn/unwashed condition. We cannot accept returns for refund after 30 days. Refunds can ONLY be issued to the credit card of purchase, NO cash refunds. Please email your order number and reason for return to firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and address.
